These are how KinetiX works, so no tier is without them.

Runs as each user's own Epicor account
People sign in with their own Epicor username and password. Epicor permissions still decide what is allowed.
Approval before any change
A record edit or a BAQ, report or menu build shows as a card with the exact fields. Nothing runs until someone approves it.
Encrypted connection credentials
The API key and password saved for an Epicor connection are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are stored.
Chat, side panel and MCP
Use the web chat, the Chrome side panel next to Kinetic, or an MCP client such as Claude or ChatGPT.

How is KinetiX priced?

Prices are in US dollars, before tax. A Pilot starts from $3,000 one-off for 60 days and up to 10 users, and is credited to your first year of Team. Team is $25 per user per month plus $500 a month for each Epicor company, billed yearly. Enterprise, for several companies or sites, is quoted from $3,000 a month. You contract with OpexCG through an order form, not a checkout.

Can we try KinetiX before committing to a rollout?

Yes, that is what the Pilot plan is for: one connection to a Pilot environment, used by a small group, with guided setup. You see it answer questions about your own data before anyone decides on Live.

Who sets it up and supports it?

OpexCG. Guided setup is part of Pilot, onboarding is part of Team, and priority support and a security review are part of Enterprise. Write to marketing@opexcg.com or use the contact form, and say which plan you are asking about.
